Capability & compliance
Who we are, what we move, and the paperwork behind it
The short version for procurement and vendor onboarding: our mission, our core capabilities, how to identify us, and the credentials we hold. Each credential is listed with its issuer and expiry, and only once it has been issued.
Our mission
To make delivery and fulfillment something a business can plan around: windows we accept are windows we keep, every handoff is recorded, and the people who drive are treated as professionals.
Proof over promises
Every stop ends with a scan, a photo or a signature, and a correction adds to the record instead of rewriting it.
Honest windows
We commit to the windows we accept, not the windows requested, and say so when a lane is outside what we can do.
One system
Ordering, dispatch, the driver app and proof of delivery are the same software, so nothing is re-keyed between them.
Respect for drivers
Drivers see the pay before they accept and get paid on a schedule they can plan around.
Core competencies
Last-mile delivery
Door and dock delivery from your store, warehouse or ours, with live tracking and photo proof.
3PL warehousing & fulfillment
Receiving, storage, pick, pack and ship, with our own local network for the last mile.
On-demand & rush delivery
Same-day and direct-drive runs dispatched against real capacity.
Scheduled routes
Standing runs between branches, customers and job sites with defined windows.
Fleet management
Your drivers and vehicles on our dispatch board, driver app and reporting.
Integrations
Orders pushed from your storefront, ERP or WMS by API, with status and proof sent back.
Returns & reverse logistics
Pickups, returns processing and restock, recorded like any outbound delivery.
Dispatch platform
Customer portal, dispatch board and driver app sharing one record, with AI-assisted order intake.
What sets us apart
- One platform from order to proof: portal, dispatch board, driver app and delivery record are the same system.
- Vehicle- and equipment-aware assignment: the engine checks capacity, liftgate and window before a job is offered.
- Warehousing and last mile under one operator, so a fulfilled order is handed to our own driver rather than a stranger.
- Performance reported against accepted windows, with cancellations and failures shown separately.
Certifications & compliance
Each credential below names who issued it and when it expires. Some obligations — OSHA safety rules among them — are not certifications at all; there, we list the program or training that meets the standard rather than a badge that does not exist.
Credentials are listed here, with the issuing body and expiry, as they are issued. Until then, ask us for the operating authority, insurance certificates and training records that apply to your freight and lanes.
Certificates of insurance, operating authority and training records are available on request.
