Scope note
Capacity is confirmed against real space and labour before an agreement starts. We will tell you plainly when your volume needs more than we can hold.
What does 3PL actually mean?
Third-party logistics: you outsource warehousing, order fulfillment and shipping to an outside provider instead of running it in-house. You keep the products and the customers; we run the operation behind them.
Do we have to use your delivery network?
No. Fulfillment and delivery are separate agreements. Most customers use our drivers locally and a carrier for everything else, but you can ship entirely by carrier if you prefer.
Can you integrate with our store?
Orders can flow in from your ERP, order management system, storefront or our API, and shipment and tracking data flows back. Tell us your system and we will say what is ready today.
