Integrations are added after the manual workflow is stable for your team. Any routing assistance stays subject to a dispatcher's approval.
What we deliberately do not do
- ✕Show a driver's other customers or their off-duty location
- ✕Promise a delivery time before capacity is checked
- ✕Publish an on-time percentage we cannot show the working for
- ✕Charge for a service the order screen has not quoted
