This website describes the services Gadya Logistix offers. Nothing on it is a confirmed service commitment, a price or a guarantee of coverage. Deliveries are carried out under a written agreement or the terms shown when an order is accepted, which define service levels, accessorial charges, liability limits and claims procedures.

A submitted order is not a commitment until dispatch accepts it against real capacity. Delivery windows are the windows we accept, not the windows requested.
