FAQ

Questions customers ask before their first delivery

Coverage, vehicles, pricing, proof of delivery and what happens when something goes wrong.

Service and coverage

Where do you deliver?

We dispatch our own drivers across New Jersey, New York and Pennsylvania, and cover the rest of the country through approved courier partners. Tell us the pickup and drop and we will say which applies.

How fast can you get there?

We confirm a specific window when we accept the order, based on driver availability and the distance. We do not publish a universal delivery time.

What can you not carry?

Hazardous materials, live animals, cash, passengers and anything illegal. Temperature-sensitive and high-value goods are handled only where the account says so.

Ordering and pricing

How is a delivery priced?

Distance, vehicle class and service level, plus waiting, tolls and after-hours where they apply. Account customers get contract rates; one-off senders see a quote before ordering.

Do I need an account?

No. You can get a quote and send a one-off delivery. An account gets you contract rates, integrations, reporting and invoicing.

Can you deliver straight from my online store?

Where an integration exists, yes, and we can quote same-day delivery at checkout. Talk to us about your platform and we will tell you what is ready today.

On the road

Can my customer track the delivery?

Yes. Share a tracking link that shows status, ETA and progress on that delivery only, not the driver's other work.

What proof do I get?

A photo at the drop, a signature or an approved exception, the recipient name, the timestamp and the location, attached to the order and the invoice line.

What happens if nobody is there to receive it?

The driver records the exception, dispatch escalates to the contact named on the order, and you decide: leave it per your instructions, retry, or return it. The outcome is on the record either way.
