On-demand delivery
Book a pickup, get a vetted driver, send your customer the tracking
Same-day delivery for distributors, suppliers, shops and service businesses. Order in the platform or from your own system, and a screened driver with the right vehicle is assigned against real capacity.
Portal, integration or API
Order in seconds
Pickup and dropoff, ready time, delivery window, item count and size, vehicle needed, reference and cost centre. The address and the window are validated when the order lands, not when the driver arrives.
Quote before you commit
Contract rate or an estimate to approve, shown on the order screen.
Right vehicle
Car, van or truck matched to what you are sending, including liftgate or two-person jobs where offered.
Accepted, not assumed
A submitted order is confirmed against capacity before it becomes a commitment.
Without a phone call
Tracking your customer can follow
Share a tracking link that shows status, ETA and the driver's progress on that delivery only. Your branch sees the same thing in the portal.
Live ETA
With the time of the last update, so nobody is reading a stale number.
Notifications
Accepted, picked up, arriving and delivered, to the people who chose to get them.
Exception alerts
Closed site, nobody to receive, refused delivery: escalated to the contact you name.
On every drop
Proof of delivery
Photo at the drop point, signature or an approved exception, recipient name, timestamp and location, attached to the order and available on the invoice line.
Photo and signature
Captured in the app at the door, not typed up later.
Disputes, settled
The record is there when a customer says it never arrived.
Back in your system
Pushed to your ERP or OMS where the integration supports it.
What every on-demand order specifies
- Pickup and delivery addresses with access notes
- Ready time and delivery window
- Item count, size, weight and handling
- Vehicle class required
- Who may receive, and what proof is needed
- Waiting, tolls and after-hours terms
Scope note
We do not publish a universal delivery time. Each order is accepted with a specific window after a capacity check. Hazardous materials, live animals, cash and passengers are outside scope.
How fast can you pick up?
It depends on driver availability in that market at that moment, which is why we confirm a window when we accept the order rather than advertising a number we cannot hold to everywhere.
What size vehicles do you have?
The network includes cars, SUVs, cargo vans and box trucks. Vehicle class is set on the order, and the driver assigned is matched to it.
How is it priced?
Distance, vehicle class, service level and any waiting or handling. Account customers get contract rates; occasional senders get a quote before the order is placed.
Start with one lane.
We review the lane before we quote it and propose a scoped, paid pilot with a review date in writing.
