Driver FAQ

Questions drivers ask before signing up

Screening, vehicles, availability, accepting jobs, pay and support.

Applying and screening

What does screening include?

A background check and a driving-record check, plus verification of your licence, registration and insurance. Courier companies are screened at the business level and for the drivers they put on our work.

How long does approval take?

It depends on screening turnaround and how complete your documents are. There is no instant approval, and applying does not guarantee it.

Do I need a special vehicle?

No. Cars, SUVs, cargo vans and box trucks all get work; the class just determines which jobs you are offered.

Working

Do I choose my own hours?

Yes. You set the days, hours and area you are available for, and you only see offers that match.

How do I know what a job pays?

The offer shows the stops, distance, vehicle class and pay before you accept. Accepting is a commitment to complete it as shown.

Is work guaranteed?

No. Volume depends on customer demand in your market. We do not guarantee a number of jobs or an amount of earnings.

Pay and support

How and when am I paid?

On the schedule set out in the driver agreement you complete during onboarding, with payment details collected in secure onboarding rather than on the public form.

Who do I call when something goes wrong?

Dispatch, during operating hours, from inside the app. Every job also carries the customer escalation contact.

When is the driver app available to download?

Approved drivers get app access during onboarding. Public download links go here once they are live.
