Scheduled routes

Standing runs between your branches, customers and sites

A recurring route with defined stops and windows, the same driver where we can, backup when we cannot, and a monthly report showing how it actually ran.

Recurring service

Routes designed around your day

We map the stops, the sequence and the windows against your counter hours and your customers' receiving hours, then quote on hours, distance, stops and handling rather than mileage alone.

Templates

Holiday exceptions, skip and pause requests and change approvals, with prior schedules kept.

Backup coverage

Agreed before it is needed, so an absence is not your problem to solve.

Monthly report

Stops completed, windows met against what was accepted, exceptions and cost per stop.

Between your own locations

Branch transfers and replenishment

Inter-branch stock moves, returns and will-call transfers on the same route, with counts and condition recorded at both ends.

Counts at both ends

Loaded and received, with discrepancies flagged on the spot.

Returns and empties

Planned into the route rather than improvised.

One invoice

Routes, rush runs and on-demand orders billed together, itemised.

What every route agreement specifies

  • Stops, sequence and days of the week
  • Pickup and delivery windows
  • Vehicle class and capacity
  • What happens when a stop is closed
  • Backup coverage and who arranges it
  • Monthly minimum and what is included

Scope note

Routes carry a monthly minimum for the capacity held for you. Stop and volume allowances, and the price of extras, are written into the agreement.

Questions

Before you switch logistics partners

All questions
Do we get the same driver every day?

Where the schedule allows, yes, and it is better for everyone when it happens. We will not promise it absolutely, because holidays and sickness are real.

Start with one lane.

We review the lane before we quote it and propose a scoped, paid pilot with a review date in writing.
